Hey there!

My names Patrick and I am a 30-year-old male, who is currently living in Sooke, BC. I am looking to move back to Vancouver, as I have an office there as well as all my team and my friends reside there. I have a 9-month-old puppy named Daisy, who is a Husky X and is super sweet.

I work from home every day, and have been doing so for three years. As for hobbies, I love to play guitar, game, looootttts of dog walks and hiking, cooking and grab a drink here and there. I don't smoke cigarettes, I don't really party(especially at home) and I am pretty laid back, and I am big on communication and understanding. I am not hard-headed and can see both sides when it comes to differing opinions, and I am always up for a chat. I keep things clean, I sweep every second day(due to my dog) and I am handy with fixing some minor repairs(drywall, faucets, toilets etc.)

Just looking for a rad roommate who is down to hang sometimes, can communicate, isn't judgment and is genuine.
