I am a 30 year old professional with a full-time job lined up in June. I just finished graduate school and am responsible, quiet, and clean. I don't smoke or party and I am very considerate of others. I'm also super easy-going, non-judgemental, adventurous, and friendly :)

I do have a dog though and need a place that accepts him. He is extremely quiet, well-behaved and great with people, kids, cats, dogs, birds, etc. I also exercise him multiple times per day (a tired dog is a well-behaved dog) so apartments are fine. My current landlords would be happy to provide references that attest to his behaviour.
