Hello! Native New Yorker here, originally from queens. I'm interested in housing in brooklyn, or queens. I work as a bartender/bar manager at two separate locations in manhattan so i do work a lot and they do tend to be late nights, but not terribly late nights. When sharing space with roommates, I generally maintain the common areas to the best of my ability -- down for a chore wheel or schedule.

When home I prefer to spend time laid back, in the company of roommates, alone, or with my cat sebastian! I do not play video games but would probably get a kick out of watching you play. I like to cook when I have the energy and enjoy feeding others -- super down for group meals when possible.

I read a lot (and have a lot) of books, love to tinker with all sorts of tech hardware, and try to jog regularly when time allows. Trying to minimize the video content I binge, but I do love a good comedy set, youtube essay, or watching whatever random videos i downloaded from the Internet Archive that month.

I am a very deep sleeper, so no worries about tiptoeing around if im asleep when our schedules dont aline. Even though i work nightlife, I tend to get up around at least 11am to have some semblance of a day. I also am conscientious of not creating a racket when I get home from work in the early hours of the morning.

I am not a neat freak by any means, but I do appreciate a dish sink that is regularly emptied!
Also, I will have a large litter box in my own room as well as an automatic feeder for sebastian so others would not be responsible for his maintenance --- although he is fantastic company.

I have had roommates whom I had virtually no relationship or contact with and others who have become very close friends. Im not prone to ignoring people in my home but I can sometimes seem on another planet because of the demanding work schedule. I was raised to say good morning!

If i'm in an apartment in which sound travels, i try to be mindful of my noise levels, especially in playing audio out loud, and i appreciate the same consideration from others. I currently do not smoke cannabis, but am 420 friendly. Also, obviously appreciate others imbibing a good spirit or wine at home, but would prefer no impromptu ragers. Often im overstimulated from a shift at work and would rather not field that same identical energy. Planned parties/gatherings yes!
