Huge room in bright apartment

Hi all!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a massive Flatbush apartment. I’m only leaving because I’m moving abroad for work, otherwise I’d stay here forever because it’s an insane deal.

- $1,400 per month, including water bill
- 3 bed, 2 bath (shared bathroom with 1 roommate)
- two closets in bedroom
- bright, spacious room
- proper kitchen and dining room
- 15 minutes to prospect park, 5 to kings theater
- must be OK with cats! Two lovely, friendly kitties
