Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my current roommate starting October 1st. This is a 10 month lease (October 2025 - July 2026) in the UWS. Rent is $1700 without utilities (roughly $100 a month)
The apartment
- under 10 min walk to Columbia’s main campus
- Right by the 1, B, C trains
- Walking distance to the riverside, central and morningside parks
- Elevator in building
- Laundry in basement
- Room is big enough for a full bed
- Building is mostly Columbia students
I’m graduated Columbia a few years ago but love the neighbourhood. I enjoy exploring the city and am pretty neat and respectful. Looking for a FEMALE roommate.
