I absolutely love my apartment and sadly my old roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so I’m looking for a new person to share this beautiful space. Really into exploring the city, and cozy tea night with my roomie. Enjoy going out, but when I am home, I’m quiet and introverted and use that time to recharge. Prefer the same. Occasional guests or visits are ok, but only looking for one roommate 😉

Super spacious master bedroom with private bathroom available March 1! It’s like having your own studio. Great southern exposure, bright daylight. Quiet tree lined street. All new appliances. Dishwasher. Newly renovated. Room has 2 closets, a full private bathroom, and a large window. Can fit queen sized bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk and still have plenty of floor space.
Located in trendy Astoria! Grocery store and laundry less than a 5 minute walk, quiet and respectful neighbors. Near the R/M train, less than 10 min walk. 25 min to Times Square!
Hardwood floors. Building has marble tiling, 3 floors - apartment is on the second floor. Great landlord.
The rent is $1,350, plus utilities. Heat and gas/electric (ConEd) and internet (RCN) payments are split evenly every month. Average is around $65 a month (varies based on the season). No pets. Lease would be month-to-month. Looking for a clean, considerate, respectful roommate.
