Hi there! I’m looking for a room when my lease is up at the end of March, but I have flexibility on the date. I’m in my late twenties, work a full time job on the Upper East Side and I run a side business, so I’m usually fairly busy during the week. I’m pretty low key and like keeping a clean house. I’m social and enjoy the occasional night out, but I don’t bring the party home. I don’t need to be best friends with my roommate but I enjoy being able to come home and chat about our day or have a glass of wine together. I’ve lived in New York for four years and am pretty open to living in a variety of neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
