Hey Guys!! I am looking for a new roommate/home in Kent area! I obviously prefer getting a studio but I'm trying to keep costs down because rent is ridiculous now days. Anyway I am looking for a clean female or females to live with. I'd like to stay in kent area if possible but open to Renton just not seattle. I'm open to just renting a home or a room in a home or getting a 2 bed 1 bath or 2 bed 2 bath if rent is under $1000 each. I prefer laundry on site and a garbage disposal and parking close to my home.

A little about me I work a lot, love to stay in my room and read and study a lot. I enjoy working out and going to church! I'm a Christian and I love Jesus. That doesn't mean I will judge you on your life. I'm loving and kind and love to cook. I like candles and going to brunch or happy hour occasionally. I love being outdoors in the summer but I stay cooped up in the winter. I don't bring guests home home either so you wouldn't have to worry about that! I have no pets and good credit and all my bills are paid on time.
