Paul F - $1,300/month

My name is Paul I am from Los Angeles moved to San Diego almost six years ago. Full time student and work part time. I enjoy staying active with jiu jitsu yoga hiking and gardening. Camping is my type of vacation. I do not drink but I do not mind being around it. I smoke weed regularly (Not a lazy stoner) mostly outside. I do not have to smoke inside given an outside area. Would like some type of backyard if possible. Or for apartments at least a balcony. Would prefer to be friendly and be social to at least some extent. do not want a party house do not mind a few to a handful or times a year. Small social gathers are fine. I like to cook I am trying to do it more often. I do spend time at home and when I do I want to have a nice space. I am great at keeping common areas clean my room can get disorganized from time to time. Do not mind political leanings as long as tolerant of others. In the end I want to be around people who are happy and doing their best to enjoy what life has to offer
