You will be sharing the condo with a respectful, diligent, friendly, active, and ambiverted couple in our mid-20s. We are both in the engineering/life sciences/machine learning research fields.
The multi-level unit features ample natural light throughout the living area and bedrooms. The main level includes an open floor design with spacious lounge and dining area, an outdoor patio, and full kitchen (dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer). The condo also features an in-unit washer/dryer, an attached garage that offers the comfort and convenience of electric car charging compatibility.
Monthly water and trash collection services are included. Internet and electric/gas will be charged separate from rent.
