Hi,
I am interested in your room for rent. I will keep it short and get right to the important stuff.
My primary source of income is my social security retirement that is of course guaranteed by the government for life. An organization I am working with is going to pay my first month’s rent and deposit. Other organizations are paying all my other living expenses. I can easily provide proof of all I say. I also can go back to work.With years of experience renting I have created a budget that allows me to meet all my needs and first and foremost pay my rent on time. I would like to move as soon as possible.
