Spacious room available! Two closets!!

This is a great pre-war building in the upper west side.was than 5 min walk to the park! This bedroom has two spacious closets and high ceilings. The apartment has a large kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom for this room is large and shared with only one roommate. There is a large living room with a gorgeous brick fireplace (does not work). The living room has big beautiful windows.

Bonus roommate is my roommate’s dog Captain, the mini dachshund!!

Note: I am moving out and you would be living with my two male roommates (both in their 30s) and this is a subsidized rent price for the first 6months only.
