I am looking for a room for rent, preferably in Astoria, LIC, Sunnyside or Woodside, Queens. I'm also open to North Brooklyn/NW Brooklyn. I'm clean, quiet, respectful, pitch in when it comes to cleaning the common areas, don't bring the party home, and am a nonsmoker with no pets. The room would be only for me. When I'm not working, I am usually doing something art related or at the gym, or out exploring the city.
