Herne J - $1,450/month

Hi! We're Herne (NYU grad, working artist/creative, model, social, always out adventuring) and Harman (tech/startup, mostly remote, homebody, gym). We’re looking for a third for a 3BR in Williamsburg / East Williamsburg, around September 1. ~$1,400–2,000/room, 1-2 bath, near the L.

One thing we're upfront about: we keep the place genuinely clean and want a third who does too — dishes done right after cooking, a quick vacuum as a habit, and a deeper common-area clean about once a week. Not a rulebook, just how we already live. If that's your normal too, we'll click. Easygoing on everything else (guests, social stuff, schedules).
