Hey there! 👋 I'm Gio, and I'm looking for an apartment with awesome people to create a comfortable and awesome living space. I currently work a full time job in higher ed and work part time in the cannabis industry. I'll be working from home 2-3 days a week and the rest of the days I'll be in office. On the weekends I like to chill and hang out with friends and family or at work. I'm on a budget, aiming for a cozy place around $1,100-$1,300/month or less (Willing to go up to $1,400 at my MAX).

I love watching shows, a self proclaimed cinephile, love listening to music and writing as well and into film photography. I would describe myself as a sociable, laid back person. I am very organized and clean, looking for the same. I sometimes like to be alone in my room, but I also love talking about life and getting to know people!
