John R - $1,400/month

Hi, my name is John and I just moved to the city a month ago and am looking for a permanent place to stay. I am starting a new job with NYC parks at the beginning of September. I grew up about 45 mins north in Westchester but have lived in D.C., Colorado, and upstate NY since graduating college in 2020. I enjoy the outdoors (hiking, camping, mountain biking, climbing, etc.). But, I cant do all that in the city so while I'm here I like to try new food and drinks and enjoy seeing live music. I'm looking forward to meeting new people.

I consider myself a pretty clean person. Always try my best to respect roommates. I do own two bicycles and a car. Let me know if there are any parking or storage options available.
