Hi I’m Caroline, a professional actor, server and future yoga instructor who has lived in NY and Brooklyn off and on since June 2019. I am looking to sublease in a duplex or house in Brooklyn. Preferably looking to room with artists, LGBTQ friendly folks, and women identifying people. My budget is 1200, and I have a small dog named Rona. Preferred amenities are washer/dryer, and small yard or terrace. I am also open to starting a new lease with a group of people if subleases aren't an option.
