Merissa C - $1,600/month

Hi Everyone ! My name is Merissa. My current lease ends on July 31st and I’m looking for someone to move into a 2-bedroom apartment with me for an August 1st move in. My budget is 1,400-1,600 (if we’re splitting a rent that is $2,800-$3,200 a month).

A little about me: I’m enrolled in graduate school at The New School studying Media studies and Media Management. I am originally form Maryland and graduated from UMD in 2019. I curretly work as a Part-time leasing agent in the UES

I am hoping to stay in the Upper East Side/ Yorkville area between 72 and 96th street. My job is on 82nd, so these neighborhoods are convenient, but I am willing to look elsewhere. I would prefer to live 2-5 minutes from public transportation for easy access to Downton and my classes.
