Payton R - $700/month

Hello!! I'm Payton, 24, she/they, and I have a dog and 4 cats! I am LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly (although I don't smoke myself), introverted and quiet, and I work at an animal rescue.
Looking for a roommate or 2, or place to rent in Reynoldburg/Columbus around end of April/beginning of May 2026, with a budget of around $700/per person. My only must-haves for a place are a fenced-in yard for my dog, and I'd prefer off-street parking.

The ideal person would be a she or they, 20s or 30s, extremely animal friendly, clean and organized, friendly and communicative.

I wanted to also note that my pets are ESA certified and I would not have to pay a pet fee. They are all up-to-date on their flea treatments and vaccines, and are friendly with other animals. I have 2 automatic litter boxes so that won't be a problem. Also my dog is basically attached to my hip but she may give you a warm greeting at the door sometimes.
