Private unfurnished bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom available (not attached). Second floor, in-unit washer/dryer, shared kitchen/living space, and a peaceful view from the room. Two hypoallergenic cats live here, so roommate must be comfortable with cats. I work from home from my bedroom, usually 11:30am–8pm, so there may be some daytime/early evening phone conversation noise. I’m not bothered by normal morning noise, and I’m generally quiet after 10pm.
