i am a professional female who works as a consultant for the ny times. i have had roommates for years & find that the ones that take good care of their space, don't bring the party home & respect privacy work best.
i have lived in my apt for 13 years & bought it last year. i am an easy person to get along with.
i prefer someone who works full-time & has a good sense of humor. if you cook that's fine.
if you are quiet professional or grad student that works even better. because of my demanding schedule (it can be erratic) having someone that chills for the most part works.
during the week you won't see me. my hours are long. when getting home i'll watch a little tv & sleep. i eat at the office most days.
i am a big soccer fan & member of the barcelona penya. most weekends i will be watching the game with fellow fans.
the building is a well-maintained condo building, right on the water. apartment has tons of light & space & laundry facilities.
your room has: queen size bed, west elm sofa & wool rug, 55in 4k smart tv, 2 large windows facing the water, 2 closets & dresser for your things. & is big: 11 x 17. you also have 2 clsoets for your things
apt is near to all: subway (#1) 1 block away 15 mins to midtown... library, grocery stores, post office, etc.
