Hey! Moving to NYC for work. I'm looking to either sublet or sign a lease with someone. I am looking to move in December 15-January 1.

A little about me: I am super laid back and get along with most. Very clean and organized. I tend to keep to myself often at home, especially after a busy day. I like to go out on weekends but normally keep it pretty chill on weekdays. I don't work from home and like to explore, so I'm not home that often.

I work in fashion, so if you're into that... that's a plus :)

Looking for a room, preferably in Manhattan. (East Village, LES, Gramercy, Kips Bay, Flat Iron, Chelsea, West Village, Soho, UES, and UWS, but open to other neighborhoods!
