Jun-Dec Sublet UES gem!

Posting on behalf of my roommate who is looking for a subletter!

Hi everyone! I’m renting out my bedroom in a gorgeous, gut renovated, Upper East Side Manhattan apartment. Be the first to live in these new renovations! Marble countertops, full-size appliances, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, rooftop access and a virtual doorman. This apartment is in an amazing location, 3-minute walk to 86th St station for the 4,5,& 6.

There is a female roommate that you would share the space with! She’s literally been the best roommate. Looking for someone that would get along with her well - a must! She’s super clean, respectful, and is at work 9-5 M-F. Open to both males and females!

You would take the remainder of the lease starting in (preferably) June 1st-December 27th with the option to resign.

The rent is $1750 NET! It’s $2325/month however two free months are remaining during the lease period. There is also a $2325 security deposit.

Also - we can negotiate the bedroom furniture to stay! (I would recommend keeping the wardrobe in there since there isn’t a closet in that room).
