Kyle W - $2,400/month

Graduated from Bucknell in 2019. Born in the city. Grew up in Sarasota, FL. Currently living in Dallas with a start date of 1/2/2023 for my new company. I will probably be working from home 2-3 days per week eventually, but expect to be in the office every day for 1-3 months. Move in date is flexible, preferably during December. I’m typically an early riser and go to the gym before work. During the week I keep life relatively simple outside my usual work routine, with obvious exceptions for special occasions/events. On the weekends I enjoy going out with friends and checking out new activities/experiences. Would enjoy roommates that like to hangout and appreciate others' boundaries/space as communicated. I’m a pretty big sports fan and enjoy traveling. I like to keep things clean and am looking for a roommate(s) that would treat the apartment the same way. Having lived by myself the past few years I have most household items an apartment would need which I would be happy to bring.
