About Me

My roommate is moving out. Looking for a new roommate to come in. Currently in a two bedroom / two bathroom, 1100sqft not including a 500sqft personal patio. I have already fully furnished all the common spaces in the apt and the patio as well as grill and outdoor furniture @ 77 Park ave, Hoboken. Doorman building with gym, laundry, dry cleaning, in unit dishwasher and new appliances. 5min walk to the path. Would be 2400 a person / 4800 total.

Some of my hobbies are working out, spending time with friends and family, playing and consuming sports (I played soccer in college at Rutgers) specifically soccer, martial arts (big UFC follower) and Basketball.

Currently work as an analyst at a mortgage hedge fund in nyc, WFH 2-3 a week.
