Hi, I live in a cute and cozy East Village 3 BED / 2 BATH apartment with an in-unit washer dryer, split A/C and heating units, large kitchen, and spacious common area. I've lived in this apartment for 2 years now and have loved it since!

Unfortunately, my current roommates are moving out of state, and I have the opportunity to extend the lease for 6 months with NO PRICE INCREASE and the possibility of renewal. All three rooms are different sizes and I'm willing to work around budgets and pricing once decided!

EACH ROOM | $2,000 - $2,500 / month

I'm 29 years old, an interior designer and architect originally from Panama City, Panama. Have lived in New York for 2 years and am a lover of art, design, food, and wellness. Ideally looking to create a beautiful home away from home with like-minded girls!!
