I’m very tidy, quiet and clean. I don't smoke or host parties. My sleeping schedule is standard, and I spend most of the time doing research at library. I often cook at home, but I take out the trush and clean the kitchen promptly. I enjoy anime, tea, dessert, museums and classical music.

My budget is around 2k. I'm currently thinking about moving to Newport, but I'm open to other options such as Grove St and Hoboken. My moving date is early/mid July. Please feel free to let me know if you're interested :)
