This is a fifth-floor walk up and this apartment is on the top floor. The bedrooms are huge and are on opposite ends of one another, which creates a real feeling of privacy. The living room, bathroom, and kitchen spaces are all in their own rooms. There is a live-in super, an exterminator comes monthly, and the management company is great with maintenance requests. There is exposed brick wall and lots of natural light.
Currently, the rent is $3975, so it would be $1,987 split. Utilities is ConEd and that ranges from 50-180 a month (less in the winter, more in the summer). We would have to reapply to get approved and it is a standard rental application!
