3-BED/2-BR RENT-STABLIZIED APARTMENT - JULY 1ST MOVE-IN

Hi! My current roommate and I are seeking to fill the smaller third bedroom in our 3-bed/2-bath apartment, located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn for a July 1st move in! I am a 26-year-old attorney who is going to be working for the city and my roommate, Coral, is a 27-year-old composer currently working on getting their Masters at Columbia!

Our ideal roommate would be female, clean, nice, willing to hang out and have a good roommate relationship, and values open communication and respect! The basic requirements would apply, such as needing would need to make 40x the rent (guarantor 80x), credit score above 680, etc.

We do have a cat living with us in the apartment, so you would need to be okay with living with pets.

This apartment is rent-stabilized and is a third-floor walkup. It is located a 10-minute walk from the A/C and G trains. The area is very cute, multiple grocery stores are within walking distance, and it is very easy to get to other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

The apartment includes:
