Hello, my name is Nicholas, I’m 26 yrs old and I’m looking for one other roommate to apartment hunt with in Brooklyn! My current lease is over by the end of June, so I am looking to move in somewhere by July 1st. I’m mainly looking to live in the Prospect Gardens/Park Slope/ area. I’d like the place to have some sort of in unit/in building laundry, and to be closer to reliable transit. My personal budget is $1500, but am open to some flexibility for the right place.

A little about me: I’m originally from Philly but now I work as a luxury fragrance consultant in Manhattan. I’m friendly, social, easygoing, clean, communicative, and am seeking a roommate with a similar lifestyle. I like to maintain a cleanly, peaceful living space, and would like to have a friendly bond with the person I live with 🙂 I have a very sweet cat named Persephone that loves people, and would happily welcome another cat to our household 🐱 I also love music, exploring the city, nightlife, trying new restaurants, and museums. I enjoy having friends over, and am totally ok with my roommate doing the same! I am not against music in the household being played or anything in that nature. However, I still value respect, privacy, and quiet time. I am an LGBTQ+ individual, so somebody LGBTQ+ friendly is necessary. Additionally, I am 4/20 friendly as well.
