We're a group of 3 guys looking for a 4th roommate.

We're on a second floor walkup on 46th and 9th in Hells Kitchen. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and kitchen. Each bedroom has its own AC unit (not a window unit).

We're all pretty hard working people, so would be good to find someone similar. The three of us are in banking, so people will be getting back late at night (noting just incase that bothers anyone). We're also all very clean, so again good to find someone similar.

Our renewal expires on Thursday, so we reasonably want to find someone by then. The room is a bit small, but the price is truly unbeatable.
