Hi! I’m currently looking for a roommate to split a 2bd/2ba apartment with, budget is up to $1,700 each.

I’d love to be somewhere with easy access to NYC (Hoboken, Jersey City, Harrison, Newark, etc.), especially near the PATH or NJ Transit for a simple commute.

I’m planning to move around May/June/July (very open), and I’m open to apartment hunting and touring together!

A couple things that would be ideal in a place:
• In-unit laundry
• Accessible parking

Also looking for a pet- and smoke-free environment.

A little about me:
I’m 25, work full-time (fully remote), and would say I’m pretty outgoing and easygoing. I like keeping things clean and organized, especially shared spaces. I’m not big on having people over all the time, but I’ll occasionally host here and there.

In my free time I love anything beauty-related, shopping, trying new coffee/food recipes, going out, and long walks.

I’d love to find another working professional (preferably a woman in her mid-20s) who’s clean, communicative, and easy to get along with. Someone who’s friendly and down to chat sometimes, but also respects each other’s space.
