Samuel S - $1,800/month

My name is Sam Shapiro and I am graduating from Arizona State University this semester and moving to NYC for a job! I am looking for 1-2 roommates to live with to save some money on rent as well as to get to know some people. I am clean and organized when it comes to living. I am also not uptight and don't mind if you have people over or whatnot. I enjoy golfing, watching sports, going out with friends, playing video games, and getting outside. I got a job in NYC as a project engineer for a construction company and do not know much about the city besides the about 5-10 times I have visited. I have a rough start date of Jun 3rd for my job so hoping to move into an apartment by end of May. My budget is also around $1,300-$1,800. I am very open to where to live but ideally looking in Manhattan or Jersey City. As long as it is a safe and fun area to be in I'm open to it.
