Hello! I'm Josh, a business-minded young guy that is looking for a room in NYC. I have always lived in PA but have frequently visited my uncle in the Upper West Side, and came to love NYC. I graduated college in May of 2023 with bachelors in Marketing. I am a business owner of a large social media site, and own a website where I post weather forecasts!

I enjoy eating out at restaurants, close friendships and deep conversations, fun activities like going to sports games, comedy shows, playing basketball, and more. Occasionally drink when out with friends but not so much otherwise. I would describe myself as an extravert among Gen Z. I prefer in-person hang outs and conversations much more than texting or Facetime.
