My roomie and I are both very social! We are super friendly, outgoing, fun, clean, down to earth, active, respectful and easy to get along with! We love to stay active, keep busy, and enjoy life! We have a ton of friends and are constantly out and about. I love to host wine/cheese nights, go out with friends to bars/restaurants, cook, workout - (bodyrok everyday!), play volleyball - beach and indoor, plan and go to tons of events, do fun activities like live music, comedy shoes, game nights, etc! Also, love a good reality tv or movie marathon with the roomies on a rainy day!
We work in Events/Sales & Advertising and keep the apartment pretty clean! We also do not mind hiring cleaners from time to time to get a deep clean when needed.
We were random roomies and it has worked out great and are good friends now! We both live very full lives and would love for our third roomie to be apart of that!
I also enjoy hosting dinner parties, having friends over, and doing happy hours on our roof!
I have the cutest cat in the world so must be animal friendly.

SEEKING THIRD ROOMIE IN AMAZING LOWER EAST SIDE APARTMENT ASAP
My roomie and I are looking for a new roomie to move into our amazing apartment by ASAP!! Our 3rd roomie is unfortunately moving out and we are looking for somebody to take over lease from Feb 1st-June 1st and hopefully would want to renew as well!
ABOUT THE APARTMENT: The apartment is truly amazing!!! It is a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment! It has a private balcony, tons of sunlight, large bedrooms, many storage spaces, dishwasher, spacious bathroom, laundry in the building, microwave and rooftop!!
It is located in the lower east side with everything you may need or want literally right down stairs! We are extremely close to Trader Joe’s, other grocery stores, liquor stores, incredible restaurants, bars, art galleries, soho, delis, clothing stores, parks, gyms, and many subways!!
THE AVAILABLE ROOM: about $1750
This room is very large for NYC, has an AC in the room, a very large closet, and also room for queen or full size bed, desk, dresser, and other furniture!
ABOUT YOU: We are looking for an amazing person to join us on our lease. The ideal candidate will be a professional who is clean, friendly, very respectful, and down to earth. I have a cat so the future roomie needs to like pets! Ideally somebody who enjoys being social, wants to be friends with their roommates, and is easy going. My roomie and I are always out and about in the city, hosting friends, having wine nights, going out to eat and drink, playing sports, attending events, cooking, watching reality tv, etc.. so definitely looking for somebody who can fit in with that lifestyle would be perfect! Ideally would love to be able to hang out with you as well and be great friends!
