Jacob M - $1,600/month

Looking for roommates and/or a room for August or September 2024 move in. Born in NJ and have lived on and off in NYC since I graduated college. I've never had any issues paying rent and like to contribute to meals, shopping, cleaning, and apartment fun! Unfortunately allergic to cats. Down with any roommates regardless of gender identity! I consider myself a flexible, easy to talk to person, and when issues arise I would much rather confront them head on and talk them out then try to avoid them.

I love listening to and playing music (I'll be bringing my instrument collection), going out to eat/cooking, going to see live music, and just trying out cool new things I discover in the city. Generally I switch between being both extroverted and introverted. I can go out one weekend and then am completely content to stay in the next weekend. I've learned that I need the balance to function.

Currently I work for a non-profit doing operations and payroll related work. I do work from home 99% of the time (go to the office once per month for meetings) and my work usually doesn't produce too much noise. I work M-F 9ish to 5ish.
