I don't want any issues with anyone and prioritize peace and whatnot, I'm mindful and would be open to changing my habits for someone else if I had to. Would be fine with any amounts of friendship too, I'm looking for friends basically.

I cook for myself completely (multiple years of doing so), I could cook for others maybe
I'm clean, would never litter or leave out stuff
Don't like the idea of pets but would be fine with cats. I wouldn't move into a home with a dog or with anyone who owns one, for personal reasons
I wouldn't call myself drawn to any sleep schedule, I like the night I guess, but will handle all
I'm single and not looking for partners
Would never touch alcohol, tobacco or any other substances
I'm kinda introverted
I like tech and would spend a lot of freetime at my pc or laptop

I would be completely new to the city of minneapolis by the time I move in and would like to learn about the area and meet people.
