Lovely updated historic 4plex apartment!

Hello! :)

My name is Lou, and I am looking for someone to sublet my roommates room starting June! I am looking for someone who is lgbt-friendly, easygoing, looking for a built-in buddy too (hang out, cook dinner, watch movies, craft, etc etc here and there), animal-friendly (i have a cat!), and a heavy-sleeper, as i am a nightworker 3 days a week (and like to cook a midnight snack now and then). I am a student at MCTC, though planning on transferring in the fall. In my freetime I really enjoy crafting, reading, appreciating the arts (museums, movies, music, plays, live music/shows, etc), yoga, hiking, fishing, and cooking!

Base rent is $750 + electricity/gas (heat)/wifi split 50/50 averaging about $900/mo per person.

The unit is almost entirely fully furnished, except for your room!

I would prefer someone who is female/gender nonconforming/trans/queer (any of the above!)

I am fairly clean, reasonable, and flexible, though I would really like to set up a cleaning schedule of some sort!
