Professional male seeking stable housing in the Twin Cities while resetting my life over the next couple of years. I work a lot but am minimally disruptive and am sometimes working from my room and spending most of my time focused on my career.

I'm quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I play solo video games, enjoy modding and tech tinkering, and occasionally work out. I have my own weight set that I'm happy to share if space allows, otherwise I use a gym membership. I don't drink or smoke regularly but don't mind if others do.

I'm extremely tidy in common areas you'll rarely see my dishes or laundry left out. If I notice a mess, I'll typically just clean it without making a fuss, as I understand everyone has busy schedules.

I rarely have guests over but don't mind if you do. I have my own car and am self-sufficient. I'm looking for a stable place to land while I get situated and would prefer a one-year lease but am open to short-term options.

If other roommates want to socialize with me, I'm open to it, but I have found that most people like to keep to themselves.
