My two roommates are moving out of our AMAZING third-floor apartment in Kips Bay. Although they would love to stay, they are onto their next adventures outside of New York. Our place has a sizable common space, big windows/natural light, and a dishwasher. The building itself has a reliable super, elevator, and washer/dryer in the basement.
The room available can fit a full bed and small desk if you’re willing to squeeze! It can comfortably fit a full bed and dresser with no desk or a twin bed with desk and dresser.

This apartment building is a known gem. My roommate who is moving outside of the city is devastated to leave!
I have one open room that can comfortably fit a full bed or twin bed + desk. Our common area and kitchen are furnished, we get great natural light, and I’m an easy-going roommate (unbiased).
