The open room has access to the fire escape and a nicely sized closet. We share the bathroom, the kitchen is large, and there’s washer/dryer in unit! Walking distance to Herbert Von King park, coffee shops, bars, Bushwick, groceries. I just moved to the area so I’m sure there’s even more around!
The lease is through 30 June 2025, but I’m open to a short sublet if that suits you better. Must love cats as mine will want to cuddle and play with you. There’s two of them, Wesa (3year old male) and Elektra (4 year old female).
The closest train is the G, about 10 minutes away by foot. Can also walk to the J, M, Z, C, and A trains. B38 stops super super close and there’s other buses like B45 and B44-SBS nearby.
