I'm looking for a roommate and an apartment with a reasonable commute to work so anywhere in Manhattan would be ideal. I would like to find a place with washer and dryer in the building or within a block.

I work in the arts and I value creativity. I love to read, journal, dance, do yoga, and explore the city. Ideally, I would have a roommate who is kind, considerate, and clean.

I don't really smoke or drink but of course do not judge others that do but I would prefer if there was no smoking at home.

I'm naturally a quiet person and value each-other's space and needed quiet/down time.

I would love to bond over movie/tv nights or just go out and explore the city.
