I currently live in StuyTown and love it, but due to COVID my roommates are both looking to move out of NYC when our lease is up 7/31. I am a single, professional 27-year old who is currently WFH but hopefully will be able to go back to my office by the time I move in. I am a certified yoga teacher who enjoys fitness and healthy eating, but also do like to go out sometimes. I am very respectful and would love a roommate who I can watch TV and drink wine on the couch with, but not necessarily hang out with all the time outside the apartment. I would love for the room to be unfurnished, as I have my own bed/dresser etc., but will not have any living room furniture or kitchen supplies.
