The room is 9’ x 11’. It's located at the rear of the second floor, and is tastefully and cheerfully decorated,
with a nightstand and reading lamp, a captain’s chair and desk.
It's bright and quiet, faces the east, and the sun lights it
all morning.
This is the perfect place for you if you also:
• Don't use tobacco at all.
• Like a healthy home where you have the option to hang out and relax in the common areas.
• Value abundant, private, quiet down time.
• Are clean, pet-free, addiction-free, and drama-free.
The house is a beautiful 1907 foursquare style with large front porch and it's nicely appointed, with bright warm colors, quality furniture, high ceilings, and updated
kitchen with electric inductive stove.

The house is situated within walking distance to Emanuel Hospital. It's also surrounded by lots of locally-owned shops, restaurants, and pubs on Alberta and Killingsworth Streets and Williams and Mississippi Avenues, and it is just a few blocks from Natural Grocers, New Seasons, Safeway and the Alberta Cooperative Grocery.
Easy car, bus and bike lanes on Williams and Vancouver Avenues take you to and from downtown in minutes.
Light rail line to all points is a 15-minute walk away.
