i am an early riser, like to keep the apartment neat and clean but not obsessive. My roommate is moving out and I'm looking for another male gay man to replace him. The apartment is in a rent controlled 6 unit building off Melrose and La Cienega in an awesome neighbourhood in West Hollywood, with shops and restaurants all around. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with hardwood floors. There is street parking available and coin laundry in the back. I am looking for someone neat and clean, a non smoker who keeps regular hours. The apartment is a walk up on the ground floor with great light, as it is street facing. It is available for move in October 15th, first and last required and a minimum 1 year sublet agreement with me and month to month after that.
