Hi! We're looking for a clean, respectful roommate for our three-bedroom apartment in a prime Sherman Oaks spot, just off Ventura Blvd and walking distance to Trader Joe's. Each bedroom has its own private hallway with a second door, so you get real privacy, and with one roommate mostly at his girlfriend's, everyone gets the place to themselves a few times a week.
As for who you'd be living with: I'm a creative, outgoing outside the house but pretty quiet at home and usually in my room. The other roommate is introverted and keeps to himself as well, so the place stays calm most of the time. We're friendly and easy to talk to, but we also respect each other's space and don't expect anyone to hang out if they'd rather not.
We're into interior design, keep the place tidy, and have a cleaning service come every two months. If you're gainfully employed, value a clean home, and like the idea of friendly roommates who also know how to give people their space, we'd love to tell you more and set up a time to see it!
