Hey everyone! I have TWO BEDROOMS available in my 3-beroom rental in Monrovia. The room(s) are for rent individually or can be rented together for a great live/work environment or just extra space to live.
Room #1 (Larger) $1200 + utilities. Includes window AC unit.
Room #2 (Smaller) $700 + utilities
Rent both rooms together: $1800 + utilities for both rooms
Small pet OK with landlord approval + Pet Rent
Washer/Dryer in unit
Plenty of street parking available
Deposit: No rent deposit needed with good credit. Only pet deposit required.
All renters will need to be approved by landlord and put on lease.
A little about me: I'm a 24 year old cyber security student, I work full-time at an IT company while also taking college courses, so I stay pretty busy. Outside of work and school, I'm a huge nerd—I enjoy gaming, building tech projects, and hitting the gym. I usually work out early in the morning and often shower at the gym, so sharing the bathroom has never been much of an issue for me.
I have a cat named Steve, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a friendly feline.
What I'm looking for in a roomate(s):
-Up to makng new friends
-Respectful of our shared space
-Cleans up after themselves and takes responsibility for their own messes
-Reliable, considerate, and easy to communicate with
The apartment has one shared bathroom, but as mentioned, I'm usually out early and shower at the gym, so mornings are generally easy.
