Bea - $1,700/month

I am a single, non smoker, and I work full time in the service industry. I do work nights so someone who isn't a light sleeper or another night owl is probably best. I am not a partier at home by any means but I do drink and would like to live in a place where I could have friends or family over if I wanted. I'm social with roommates but we don't need to be best friends. I clean up after myself but I'm not a neat freak. I have one elderly cat who loves all people and animals so other pets aren't a problem. I am interested in paying $1600 a month give or take. I'd be willing to pay more if there was an outdoor space, private bathroom, or washer/dryer and dishwasher however, I don't need amenities either so something cheaper thats no frills is also fine with me. I would prefer to stay in Manhattan but again for amenities or an outdoor space I'd be open to queens or Brooklyn as well. Let me know what you've got available thanks!
