Ava S - $1,700/month

Hello!
My name is Ava and I am looking to find a roomate for when I move back to NYC in September. I am a Public Relations specialist and will be working for an agency in the city. Therefore, my weekdays will be a full time job. Hopefully in person but might be remote depending on the offices rules in October. I lived in Brooklyn last summer but am wanting to move back to Manhattan. Wanting a roomate I can get along with and is super easy-going. I have a lot of friends in the city and if we are able to become friends you are welcome to join us when we go out and such! I enjoy working out, a good movie night and living a healthy lifestyle but I also love socializing, seeing new places and enjoying life! I am super clean and love keeping my space organized. (the shared space somewhat clean but I obviously won't get upset for it being dirty- it's life and things get messy sometimes!) I have friends with their own places so if there's a night you want the place to yourself or vice-versa I have other places to go- im super open to communicating with each other our needs- I love open communication! I love decorating and we can discuss our tastes/ style but really open for whatever. Anything else you want to know- just ask!
