Hey, I'm Julz!

I'm originally from Boston but planning my move to NYC this fall after living outside of the country for the past 5 years for school and work (Switzerland, Spain, Canada and Italy).

I am a 24 year old working professional in the commercial real estate industry who splits her time between taking some Zoom calls from the desk at home or pounding the pavement meeting clients in person. I am looking to find a reliable, clean and communicative female roommate to share and care for a lovely home in NYC together!

I am low-key, tidy, and (more or less) quiet roomie at home, but also love to get to know people in social environments as well.

My ideal scenario would be to meet someone with similar values around home life, get to know each other a bit, and look for a 2 (or 3, depending) bedroom unit to share together in any neighborhoods we both are interested in!
