I have been living in New York for over a year now. My lease is ending July 31st and all of my room mates are moving out. I am looking for an apartment with at least 1 room mate to make rent cheaper. I am a sales representative for a beverage company. I live an active lifestyle and am a huge sports fan. I'm looking for a chill room mate that likes to go out and have fun but is also a nice cool dude. I am super clean and never make a mess. I won't be home that much with my job because I'll be out working a lot. I would prefer a short term lease but am open to anything at this point.
